Prilled Urea is a type of solid nitrogen fertilizer that can easily dissolve in water. There are several uses for this type of urea due to its specific properties. 


We can manufacture this substance through the reaction between ammonia and carbon dioxide. 


It is mainly essential for agricultural purposes and as a nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Prilled urea is also known as ice melt urea or de-icer urea.

The key difference between both ureas is that prilled urea takes a little time to dissolve in water, whereas granular urea takes a lot of time to dissolve. Granular urea is a type of solid nitrogen fertilizer that comes in the form of granules. Prilled urea dissolves quickly in water.

 Our machines needs small covered area, has low manintenance and after sale services support. 


Profitable Production

Mixing urea with water, causes a drop in temperature due to its endothermic reaction. Traditional systems require a hefty 75 kW of heating energy to dissolve urea, whereas our system accomplishes the same with only 15 kW. This results in a lower unit cost and increased profitability.


Fast Production

Each batch in our production takes just about 20 minutes, signifying an efficient and energy-saving process for rapid production. In contrast, conventional systems necessitate a minimum of 2 hours for heating and mixing.


Smart Production

Our automated system precisely controls and mixes urea and water without manual intervention. It continuously monitors and adjusts the percentage of each component in real-time. This dynamic process ensures no wasted batches, saving both time and energy efficiently.


Minimum Manpower

Max 2 staff member is sufficient for our production process. Their responsibilities include loading bags of raw material into the urea hopper, and then they have three hours to monitor the system via the display. After this period, the staff member conducts a quality control check, completing their duties.

 Aqueous Urea Solution (AUS) 40 is the Maritime Grade Urea Solution for marine apply to Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) is used to meet the diesel emission requirements. We provide AUS 40 Urea Solution with the highest purity and quality. You can be assured of a high performance AUS 40 Urea Solution suitable for your marine fleet.

  

The solution is injected to diesel engine exhaust system before selective reduction catalyst, consequently due to the solution reaction with nitrogen oxide gasses emissions are converted to water vapour and nitrogen.


 The quality requirement must be compiled with ISO 18611- Marine NOx Reduction Agent AUS 40.
